Rally held at Headon Farm - June 2011: On the last weekend in June The Caravan Club Devon & Cornwall held their fourth Rally at Headon Farm. It was timed to coincide with the Holsworthy Vintage Vehicle Show which was held over two days at the Showground just outside Holsworthy. We were pleased to welcome Tony and Betty the regular stewards and many familiar faces who had visited us on previous Rallies. The weather on the Saturday was a little unkind, but it was glorious on the Sunday and many of the Rally-goers attended the Vintage Show and had a wonderful, nostalgic day. The show this year had the largest ever number of exhibits and on the Sunday there was also a Dog Show. On the Saturday evening, after Flagpole, we had a very friendly, fun evening with cheese and wine supplied by the Stewards. It seemed some of the men had had a fishing trip that day to a local trout fishing lake - but with little success - there was talk of 'the one that got away'! |

Next Rallies at Headon Farm:
On 21-24 June 2012 we are intending to host another Rally for the Devon & Cornwall group. This will help us celebrate the 10th anniversary of Headon Farm Caravan Site & Storage, and will take place over the same weekend as the Vintage Show again.
